After being informed by my faithful butler Raymond that my ultimate goal (which is to sleep with every single person in whatever the hell the country I live in is), quite a difficult feat, would be made easier if I were to meet people over the internet so I can hack into their personal information and find out where they live I agreed with his theory and here I am now.

la introduction.
I am Jean Descole an artistic man of science (IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN!) I am a very experienced whore archeologist and inventor and a french gentleman. And when I say gentleman I do not mean the mockery (that I shat my pants! :D) that batard Layton put on the word, I am a real gentleman.
I would write more but I am currently rather...indisposed.

I look forward to vous vissage becoming acquainted ~♥

((well it worked!))
Layton staggers momentarily, panting heavily, mildly dizzy from shock and lack of oxygen. He stares at Descole in as close as what passes for confusion for Layton as he can, but only for a few moments. He's a man of logic and logic lends itself well to a trained instinct. He makes a fleeting assessment of his surroundings before sliding a carving knife from it's display block and brandishing it in a protective stance before him in one fluid movement, his old fencing days behind him, but still clear in his mind, and his reflexes.
"Let's not do anything else foolish, Descole," he wrns, calm facade up once more.

*Descole is utterly furious, at Layton for not wanting him, but mainly at himself for expecting him to, but since this is Descole he channels this anger outwards. And his victim is Layton. He draws himself up to strike- and then Layton makes his move. He grabs a knife and brandishes it at Descole. Fessah.
Descole reels backwards, his face, his mind, going blank with shock, before an avalanche of emotions crash over him. Hurt. Disbelief. And extreme bitter disappointment
He staggers backwards until his back is pressed against the wall.
"No..." he growls, he's almost crying, not that you can tell with his mask.
The strength leaves his limbs and he slides down the wall, to sit in a clumsy heap.
"No..."
He puts his head in his hands and begins to shake.

((I give up....
Poor Descole!))

Layton stands there uneasily, still holding the knife, pretty much staring at the whole situation like "well this is the weirdest ducking day in my life, and that includes the day I first kissed my 9-year-old apprentice". When Descole starts to freak out, Layton becomes even more uncomfortable, because omg nooo feelingss, and he merely watches Descole break down in front of him with wary concern, wishing very much that Descole would leave. If he only knew... But he does not, and he merely attempts to split this alarming display of emotion with a soft, almost pitying "What do you want, Descole?"

At Layton's words Descole suddenly stops shaking, and becomes eerily still. An awkward, tense silence reigns.
In one smooth movement Descole rises, and with extraordinary speed born from sudden, intense rage, kicks the knife from Layton's hand. It strikes the opposite wall with a clatter.
Layton is pitying him. Firstly, anyone pitying him would cause him to explode with rage or amused contempt, and secondly, this is Fessah.
Wanting to bawl and run away, instead he channels his emotions into rage.
"How dare you question me!"
*Layton says/does something?*
Descole has Layton backed up against the wall. In frustration Descole goes to punch Layton in the face, but in the last moment moves his aim to hit the wall, narrowly avoiding Layton.
And then Descole completely loses control..

((Pretty much making this up by "Well this looks dramatic/fun to draw in the comic in my head!." Wanna make one of this!))

Descole is too fast and unpredictable for Layton to keep hold of the knife, and he watches its trajectory with dim alarm. Disarmed, he backs away from Descole - but he's too slow - Descole has age on his side.
Descole advances upon him until Layton is cornered against the wall, with no potential weapons within reach.
"There is no need for this, Descole!" Layton stresses, tone still level and calm but tense body belying an undercurrent of concern.
He tries to roll from out of his position, but Descole has him stuck - Layton instead tries to pull away from Descole's hostilities, raking his brain wildly for a solution - but sadly for Layton, that solution is taking a while to formulate. If Descole goes to hit him again he will try to roll one way or another, otherwise...

((Writing 'Descole has age on his side' automatically made me think of Clive taunting him about his incredibly old age :P ))
Descole has lost it completely. After punching the wall, he makes a pained noise, but the injury to his hand does not deter him, if anything it enrages him further. Grabbing Layton by the shirt, he pulls him forward before aggressively throwing him back against the wall.
He lifts his hand to strike him- but this is Descole, he can't keep one emotion for long. The reality of what he's doing hits him, and he's distressed once more.
He wills himself to strike, but can't bring himself to hit Fessah. Angry at himself, he stalks abruptly away, his movements jerky with anxiety.
With a defeated sigh, he sits dejectedly (for Descole, he still manages to look fabulous and up himself) on Layton's desk, facing the window. He ignores Layton, momentarily lost in his own little world.

((Haha, me too!))
Layton is forced backward, no match for sheer rage, and - still somewhat stunned by the entire situation - he slides abruptly to sit on the ground, quickly shielding himself from Descole's supposed blow with his hands and looking back up in momentary confusion when the strike never comes.
He watches Descole's shift in mood and actions critically, as if he partially already expected this outcome. Instead he lets out a soft, exasperated sigh and (drawing his knees up to his chest) leans back against the well, perfectly content to let erratic, strange little Descole sit on his desk for the time being (even though Descole even being there is messing everything up)

((writing the action in comments means everything happens really quickly! Descole's emotions change every comment :s))
For some time Descole fights an internal battle, I imagine he'd almost have split personalities, he's so changeable, it would be like Luke and Descole arguing.
But Descole characteristically has to be in control of the situation, so seeing Layton so comfortable with what's happening irritates him into action.
"Well then" He snaps, scowling at Layton. "Lets just get this over with."
"I'll make my demands, and then you will never have to worry about your little secret becoming known, again."

Layton perks up slightly ((well, as much as a guy with dot eyes and a line mouth can)) at the prospect of finally resolving this painfully terrifying situation, and he awkwardly moves to stand facing Descole, still a little wary (and generally shaken by this weird, weird day) and gaze hard.
"Well decided, Descole," he remarks, folding his arms and considering Descole with impassive concern. "Very well then," He momentarily casts his gaze to the floor in a flicker of discomforting embarrassment, before meeting where he presumes Descole's gaze is.
"State your demands, and they shall be met."

Layton continuing to not be intimidated by Descole, pisses him off even more.
He turns a death glare on Layton, which is largely hidden by his mask. "Very well" He snarls.
But as an idea forms in his mind, his expression slowly changes. He smirks coldly, and proclaims.
"My demand is......you."
His smirk widens, feeling the amusement and vindictive pleasure that comes at dropping a bombshell that will (hopefully) cause rather an impact on the victim.
"I have decided...why relinquish my power over you? I can think of nothing I could want more."

Layton just stares blankly at Descole's display of increasing anger, more concerned with resolving the issue than Descole's pointless display of emotion. He notes Descole's shift with mild concern, although Descole has been so changeable it is hardly surprising.
The next demand is, however. Not being very mature emotionally in this regard, he has not anticipated this development at all, and it fills him with intense unease, disappointed frustration mingling with the smallest dash of fear. Outwardly, his expression doesn't change much, but there is a definate change to his posture and demeanour, and there is a soft, sharp intake of breath.
"You- cannot mean..." Layton pushes aside his concern at the creepyness of that request to worry more about the pain of not resolving the Luke issue. "You cannot- you were to- finish this madness, not- I can't have anyone... find out..." He takes a step backward to consider Descole with disbelieving, rising alarm (although for Layton this isn't very obvious).

As Layton steps back, Descole steps forwards.
"Exactly. You can't have anyone find out, so you will have to do everything I say. Do you agree Professor?"
*Layton does whatever*

"Why are you upset Professor? You shouldn't be, I wouldn't do anything to hurt you, not if you do as I say."
((hmm, sorry about this, but I'll need Layton's reply! Sorry about the shitty comment! >_< ))

Descole steps forward, and for once Layton is filled with intense unease - understandably so, considering the last two times Descole moved toward him he either kissed him or tried to punch him. He considers Descole warily, full of alarm and concern. This should never have happened. Why weren't we more careful? Why wasn't I more careful? I should never have succumbed to him in the first place, I have sullied him and now this is our punishment, I deserve this, I deservethisIdeservethisI-
Descole gloats at him and Layton looks away, for once at a loss of what to do, his brilliant puzzling mind falling short of this unprecedented, uncomfortable situation. "I-" Once more Layton is reminded of the myriad of things that are entirely wrong with his relationship with his apprentice, least of all the legal impact upon a relationship between a 40-year-old and a 14-year-old boy who was also under his care for quite some time, and the end that would await not only himself, but the impact it would have on Luke. He barely hears Descole's querying under his concerned musings, merely frowns and looks back up at him once Descole is finished.
"Well, you give me no other choice," Layton looks away again, and replies with barely a murmur: "Very well then. What do you... intend to ask for?"

"What will I ask for?" Descole raises his eyebrows "Well, well, what first?"
He pauses, before remarking "Well I hardly have to ask for one single thing, I rather like the idea of you being my slave." He stalks slowly around Layton, like an animal sizing him up for the kill "Yes, I rather like the idea of you in a collar and chains."
He once more moves closer to Layton, but with a different intent to before. Dare I say, "seductively"? ;)

Layton's unease shifts as Descole's mirth increases, for once entirely uncomfortable with the situation, which he can see no logical way out of or way to avoid the repercussions. He tenses as Descole circles him, eyes narrowing at the mention of slave. This is certainly not the direction he was hoping for - he was hoping for resolution, not tense continuation, especially considering the direction Descole seems to intend to take with him...
His breath quickens imperceptibly as Descole closes in on him, now visibly uncomfortable (skin-crawlingly so) and disgusted by Descole's mere implication, and perhaps even very, very dully interested, although he would barely even acknowledge why. He'll back away as much as he can, reluctant to escape the situation entirely because he knows he has to give whatever Descole requests unless he wants further fuss.
Layton is also incredibly uncomfortable about Descole's change in intent. Normally he's arguably a few shades of Asexual; he tends to focus more on the individual attraction rather than a general one, and he's too emotionally immature and shy to consider anything else, particularly as he is so uncomfortable with his own feelings and emotions anyway - so anything of this nature would scare him somewhat.

"Hmm..." He pauses, pursing his lips. "No this wont do. You'll have to take your shirt off." He peers at him expectantly. "Well? What are you waiting for? Take it off." His voice takes on a more menacing tone.
"You hardly have a choice."

((Well day-um!)
Back when he was in school, parents constantly moving everywhere until they finally settled in Steviano/Stanbury and Layton constantly being the new, awkward, quiet kid with no motivation to do anything at all, he was pushed around and made to feel uncomfortable quite often, not least with Lando - although he was happy to be bossed around and forced to play along for him, appreciative for the attention of someone far more outgoing than himself. Even nowadays he is used to deferring to those that demand power, although his sense of justice has saved him from ever being a complete pushover to the point of regret (well, except maybe with Luke, although that's hardly Luke's fault).
But now
Well, this is something else entirely...
Layton doesn't even acknowledge Descole's first request, blithely stunned as he attempts to piece together what Descole has requested, something so abhorrent, lewd - he stares back at Descole in confused discomfort - perhaps he imagined it-
but no, Descole is menacing, insistent. He shrinks backward.
"You-" He takes in a sharp breath, willing himself to calm. "You can't honestly-"
But Descole cuts him off, reminding him cuttingly of the commitment he has made, the commitment he has had to make because of Layton's own wretched immorality.

Layton falters, willing himself to take action, just be brave and do it. Descole's masked intense gaze just makes him even more uncomfortable, and he blushes unhappily as he slowly, awkwardly and stiffly reaches to comply with Descole's mirthful request. He closes his eyes, grimacing, as he sheds his jacket and shirt, cagey and embarrassed. They fall to the floor with a nervous shudder.

When he has finished he stands there awkwardly, fingers knotting the shirt he holds close to himself in discomfort, looking down at the ground in nigh-crippling shame, and says nothing at all.

As Layton's stunned awkwardness increases so does Descole's mirth. As he takes his shirt off Descole starts to chuckle softly.
"Oh my." He laughs. "I really can make you do anything." He seems to only have just realized the potentials behind this.
He inspects Layton hungrily, before placing his hand on Layton's chest. "Very nice." He says almost wistfully.
He slinks closer to Layton, leaning forward so his head is almost against Layton's cheek.
I assume Layton tries to dodge this, whether a slight automatic reaction, or trying to step out of his way.
Momentarily Descole draws back to give him a death glare because of this, before getting even closer to Layton, trailing his fingers down his chest and generally not being able to keep his hands off him.
"Don't move" he says flatly. "I need to teach you to obey me, to make sure you're completely aware of exactly what choices you have. Do you think you can do that?"

Descole's laughter fills Layton with futher shame, his emphasis on 'anything' filling Layton with almost-nervous dread. He has gotten past the point of worry, he is now settled firmly into numb discomfort and horror. There is nothing he can do. He can't do anything or Descole will expose his relationship, who he really is. If that happens he will die, Luke will be- he's not even sure what would happen to Luke but he wishes no unpleasantness upon him. There is nothing he can do.
Layton shudders as Descole touches him, looking back up at him with distinct unease, rigid and unhappy, blushing with embarassed unhappiness. He's not used to such lewd behaviour, Descole's predatory stare promising far more uncomfortable things - well, in any case, he feels he isn't. What he got up to with Claire, and especially with Luke - is far different to him than how he feels about this situation. He shrinks back when Descole moves forward to press against him - it is almost a subconscious reaction, revolted, afraid and humiliated.
This increases as Descole glares threateningly at him, before setting about making him even more uncomfortable. Layton shivers and his breath quickens slightly as he presses himself as far back against the wall as he can, faint blush spreading across his face as Descole's incessant touching begins to stir a further discomfort in his treacherous body. His voice is thick with shame as he protests: "Descole, Please do-"
But Descole cuts him off with a further threat, dominant and overwhelming. Layton stares back at the cold, impassive mask, brow furrowing in pained concern, but says nothing. He turns his gaze back down to the floor, frowning, before dipping his head into a nod of affirmation.

Descole's vindictive amusement increases as Layton's discomfort does. Currently he isn't thinking of Layton as his 'Fessah' he's thinking of him as his rival, Professor Layton, the past Layton. So he treats Layton like any one of his conquests, albeit a special one. He smirks at Layton's (forced) submissiveness, probably rather turned on by it.
"Sorry? What was that? I didn't quite catch it." He sticks his face right into Laytons (like Lando)
"Say it, you're mine."
*I'm guessing layton does. I'm psychic haha!*
"Good." He purrs into his ear. " You're learning."
Then there's a change in him, his expression (from what you can tell) changes, he zones out.
"God I've missed you..." He murmurs.
He draws back, confused with himself, before scowling, and returning his administrations to Layton.
He licks Laytons neck ((Haha! Said I'd put it in ;))
And sticks his hand down his pants.

PROBLEM LAYTON

Descole taunts him with malicious glee, and Layton flinches with further shame, Descole's demand slithering uncomfortable embarassment through his very core. He pauses, wishing this would stop, that descole would just go away - but he does not, and his expectancy becomes more volatile as the time passes. Layton shudders once more, and - burning with miserable shame - he closes his eyes tightly and relents in a small, almost uneven tone. "Yes... I'm... Yours."
Descole seems pleased, purrs approval in his ear as discomfort settles even further into Layton's very core, and Layton arches further back against the wall. Descole's momentary burst of reminiscent distraction gives Layton a moment of respite, and he shudders once more at the terrible, terrible mistake he has made in getting snared in descole's web of mirthful control. Just a little longer, he'll get bored with you and then he'll thisleave, it can't last forever, althisl puzzles have a solution; in fact, this surely has some kind of parallel - what was that one that student sent, the one with the rope snare and the unknottable knot? Focus on that, focus-
Descole's tongue is against his neck and Layton loses his forced distraction, trembling in shock and something else entirely. Luke. He shudders and arches backwards, away from his aggressor, but not quite. I miss him.
But then Descole takes a turn for the worse. Layton gasps with a tinge of longing and a very definite of horrified disgust, reeling backwards and ignoring his vow of compliance as he tries to push him away.

Layton pushes Descole away, and Descole growls angrily, spitting "You promised Fessah!" and slaps his arms away.
Then he realizes what he just said. No! I can't think of him, he's not him, he's just a taste of what's to come, something to fill the time before Fessah comes b-back! He's just that b-bastard that hinders my plans.
Agitated, he pauses with hand frozen in mid air. If Layton takes this chance to escape Descole does a leg sweep on him, which knocks him to the ground, if he doesn't then he just forces him to the ground.
After which he straddles him, his hands holding him down by his shoulders.
Then realization hits him.
OH MY GOD I just called him Fessah, he can't find out, he can't find out! How many hints have I dropped accidentally already? The Professors intelligent, I can't let him work it out! If he found out who I actually was...It can't be allowed to happen. Me being here has already fucked up the different periods of time, if I interfered too much with something that may affect me... Who knows what could happen! I have to set this right, give him no opportunity to think about who I really am!
He'd sat frozen throughout this internal monologue, his fingers digging further into Layton's shoulders the more anxious he got. He reached his conclusion on his plan of action, and with a hiss of impatience set to it.
He got off him momentarily, but Layton's luck was short lived, because now descole was tugging at Layton's pants trying to get them off...

Layton stares at Descole blankly, momentarily stunned by the odd phrasing. How odd... Descole, however, seems even more distracted, so Layton takes his chance and weaves away from him - and is sent toppling over painfully as Descole snaps out of his reverie and does a leg sweep on him, clearly decking him and momentarily throwing him into a daze - which halts as Descole straddles him. No- "N-now really!" Layton tries to struggle, especially as Descole sits there, digging his fingers deeper and deeper into his shoulders - but it only makes matters worse. Instead he decides to still his movements and turn his consideration inwards. Perhaps if he waits, Descole will absorb himself into his own world again and he may try to escape again... Wait a moment, what was it that he had been saying? Fessah... what an odd way to phrase that... the only person he knows is-
And then suddenly Descole gets off from him. Layton jolts out of his musings and tries to move quickly away, but Descole presses him down once more and attempts to force his pants off. no no no no NO
"No, Descole-" Layton snaps, arching away and trying his best to pull away from him, panic coursing through him. He's never been this terrified in his life, save for the time that he caused his best friend to be swallowed by an abyss, or ran to a city laboratory and saw wreckage strewn three miles away. Descole feels a savage satisfaction at Layton's panicked reaction, as well as relief at having successfully distracting Layton. "Save your pleading, you'll need it soon."
He stops attacking Layton's pants to hold him down once more, pushing him down sharply so his head thunks against the ground as 'discipline'.
"And I thought I told you to stay still." he snaps. "Remember what's in store." He whispers as he as he slides his hand down Layton's chest, down his stomach... "Your precious boy, what will happen to him when your dead and everyone knows exactly why..."
He bends down to kiss him, his mouth moving against Layton's lips, his hand moving against Layton's, well...
He's pleased with how he's managed to distract Layton, and himself. He's even managed to think of Layton as just another conquest. At this moment, things are going well for Descole.

Layton stills as Layton presses him down, slightly dazed as Descole slams him onto the ground, rattling him. No. If Descole were to expose them, then- Layton would be gone, and Luke- There is hardly any way to consider what would happen to Luke. He shudders, tries to speak and can't; just stares, focuses with sad eyes up at Descole's impassive, leering face. He tries to move again, bodily arch away from him- but stops, resigned and almost- almost trembling, flinching as Descole bends down, hand darting downward and- and now Layton does arch, sucking in a deep breath even as Descole claims his lips in his own in horror and a sharp jolt of desire, try to arch, arch away from Descole's touch and trying to stop, stop, stop just think, focus-
Layton shudders again and arches almost into Descole's hand, breath hitching in his throat as he tries to just let Descole get over whatever it is he wants so desperately to do- and yet he can't quite focus. Luke. Layton shivers in memory and closes his eyes tightly. Oh, I miss him/.
