After being informed by my faithful butler Raymond that my ultimate goal (which is to sleep with every single person in whatever the hell the country I live in is), quite a difficult feat, would be made easier if I were to meet people over the internet so I can hack into their personal information and find out where they live I agreed with his theory and here I am now.

la introduction.
I am Jean Descole an artistic man of science (IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN!) I am a very experienced whore archeologist and inventor and a french gentleman. And when I say gentleman I do not mean the mockery (that I shat my pants! :D) that batard Layton put on the word, I am a real gentleman.
I would write more but I am currently rather...indisposed.

I look forward to vous vissage becoming acquainted ~♥

((Ha ha ha that's so Descole lol))

*Standing there awkwardly, dithering, wanting Descole to gtfa from his papers and rocks and archaeology stuff*
Oh... no, I hadn't, I just wasn't expecting.. well, I can hardly vouch for your own judge of character. Or your concept of 'normality'
...
What sort tea do you prefer, then? Ugh, sullying the good gentlemanly sport of tea-drinking... A smear on when Luke and I used to share tea here in the evening; we'd concoct up strange brews; it was all so... pleasant... *Sigh*

((Yay! :D And Laytons perfect too!))

*Drops one of Laytons rocks, a bit breaks off it, and he sticks his face close to Laytons, bitchfacing him.*
Don't you try to be a dick. Not to me.
*relents, backing away from Layton and leans casually against his desk.*
*sigh* I'm sure you will sully the art of tea drinking.....But I'll have some Belle Classic. *mysterious smile*

((AWW SHUCKS))

*Eye twitches at the breaking of the 60,000 year old fossil that Descole drops, otherwise he tries to remain composed toward Descole even as he moves close to him; pokerface powers activate to the max!*
"Belle Classic?" What odd taste... "Very well then," *He moves awkwardly into the kitchen, still very wary of Descole, and fetches a mahogany box from the pantry before selecting a teacup - he'll hover over one which used to be Luke's before sadly shifting and picking another teacup and opening the box. Out comes a dash of Oasis Leaf, Brisk Berry, Belle Tart Seed - in they go to the teacup, along with water from a kettle which had already boiled only recently. Anyway, once it's finished he'll awkwardly present it to Descole."
"Well, I do hope it is to your liking. Belle classic is admittedly not my favourite, but I am practiced in making it."

((and that was quite possibly one of the most boring Layton things I've ever written))

"I know you are" *Descole disparagingly takes the tea from Layton. He takes a sip of the tea and wham- is thrown right back into the past. Uncomfortable with this he puts the tea back down.
"I'll come back for that if I have the sudden urge to want to know what commoners drink"
*Not looking at Layton, feeling rather awkward and unsure, remembering, but sure as hell aint gonna show it.
*awkward silence*
"So. Lets get down to business."
((Well done!))

*Layton views him with vague concern at Descole's first remark, but shrugs it off; Descole seems to know everything, and this might even be a callous barb - Layton doesn't know, but it doesn't matter; he has bigger puzzles to solve. He's slightly offended by the commoners line, but overall he is incredibly anxious to get this issue taken care of - and that anxiousness bubbles over into the awkward silence, with which he will use to placidly place the tea back on his benchtop. He tenses visibly as Descole broaches the subject*
"Yes... of course." *He stands by the bench, awkwardly. "So... Name what you want for your silence, and I can arrange for it." *He looks down at his feet guiltily, remembering a flash of how wrong all he has done has been ((and all he'll be doing in the future if our other live-action is anything to go by...))*

"Well"
*Descole takes his own sweet time replying, as he hasn't really planned what he's going to demand, and to enjoy making Layton uncomfortable*
"What should I chose? There are so many things I could ask for, but really, I already have everything I could want."
*he corners Layton against the bench, and trails his fingers down his cheek*
"well almost"

*Layton watches Descole deliberate with distinct unease, more mildly unhappy with each passing moment, but doesn't say anything; he just wants to get this over and done with as soon as possible.
Descole wouldn't be particularly stronger than Layton, but Layton isn't very comfortable with many displays of emotion, especially from a stranger (even though in a roundabout way it's still Luke - just not his), so he merely shrinks back with visible discomfort as Descole corners him.*
"oh," *He barely suppresses an involuntary shudder when Descole touches his face, looking pointedly away in shame, faint blush tarring his cheeks. Well, he has been missing Luke. And he's a bit nervous anyway*
*Awkward* "..Surely you can make your claim... simply...Descole. Just... tell me what you want and I will arrange for it." *He won't try to move, but he'll look pointedly away in the other direction*

*Descole smirks triumphantly at Laytons blush, but throughout this doesn't feel the same as he would about any one of his conquests, he feels conflicted about the situation. It's Fessah, he isn't sure whether he hates him orwants him. And illogically, unconsciously he's desperately wishing that Layton would be the same as before, treat him as he used to treat Luke. But, sadly, Descole isn't Luke anymore.
His smirk disappears at Laytons next words and obvious dislike of the situation.
He draws away from him, his face stony, before he slides his slutty, bitchy, trolly mask back on. Hmm, it's hard to use that metaphor when he actually wears a mask.. anyway.
Now he trails his fingers down Laytons chest,
"Don't pressure me, do you want to be rid of me so soon? We have plenty of time."
((Over to you although I really want to keep writing, you're Layton, >:P I can't say what Layton would say, you're gonna have to fill me in! :))

((Oh joy, looks like fun times ahead))
*Now Layton does shudder, breath hitched in his throat - though more of overwhelming nervous unease than pleasure, pounding heart belying an impassive expression. He is extremely uncomfortable with Descole's behavior and the situation he has gotten himself into - normally he'd use his fencing moves to at least weave out of Descole's forced position, but he's trying to be as compliant as possible so Descole will go away as soon as possible and he can go right back to mooning over his 13-14-year-old ex-apprentice without anyone else knowing and threatening. Descole dragging things out even now is almost physically torturous, this is literally pretty much Layton's worst nightmare (well, apart from solving all the puzzles in the world)*
"oh, but-" *Layton closes his eyes in an attempt to remain calm* "I do not wish to be rude, but it would be beneficial for all if this were taken care of as soon as possible." *And throw in a small sigh for good measure*

*Descole is oblivious to Layton's discomfort, he's not aware of much at all, other than that he's touching Layton.
"But you are being rude" He says absently, before dragging his eyes to Layton's face.
"You can't..."
*Suddenly all his memories, feelings, from his childhood strike him at once. Once again he's Luke, reunited with his beloved Fessah. And all the anguish and loneliness after the Fessah's d-death hits him with painful strength.
He gives an anguished gasp, dropping his hand to hang limply by his side.
And then he's crushing his lips against Laytons.
He holds Layton's wrists in a painful grasp and kisses him desperately, almost savagely.*

((nooo that was well-written! My my, poor Luke. :( Nevertheless...))
*But, once more, sadly Descole is not Luke any more.
Layton's eyes widen considerably as he reels backward in absolute shock - for all his stuffy, pompous puzzling and mathematical genius, this is not something he had anticipated, and his mind is struck blank of all thought, save for an overwhelming sense of alarm and confusion.
Of course, Descole has him effectively pinned between himself and the bench, and with Descole grasping his wrists like a vice, there is literally nothing Layton can do but arch further backward. He desperately tries to struggle out of his grip, wincing with pain because Descole is being rather forceful, moaning in discomfort into his mouth. He's actually shaking a little because - although the Great Professor Layton would never admit it - he's just a little afraid. Give him ten-storey-high rope traps or rooftop swordfights and he can remain level-headed because that's something he's good at, something he's used to.
But a situation where he has no control whatsoever? Just when Layton thought it couldn't possibly get worse, it has*

((Oh, thanks! I was pretty much slapping at the keyboard like derpaderpaderp when writing that))
Descole kisses him more and more frantically, desperate for the Fessah he so loved, desperate for something to stop the ache of the last, lonely years, unaware of anything other than his chaotic emotions.
He's oblivious to the fact that this Layton obviously doesn't appreciate his attention.
But even Descole has to breathe, and as he breaks contact with Layton's mouth his eyes lock with his, and the illusion is broken.
He drops Layton's wrists as if they burn, and takes a step backwards, his expression thunderous. At this moment he isn't sure whether his next course of action is to simply run, or something more violent.
"I hate you!" He bursts out
"You disgust me!"
He takes a menacing step forward, body tense with rage, and Layton is possibly put in an even worse situation than before....

((Aaaw Descole is a poor, conflicted little baby.))

((well it worked!))
Layton staggers momentarily, panting heavily, mildly dizzy from shock and lack of oxygen. He stares at Descole in as close as what passes for confusion for Layton as he can, but only for a few moments. He's a man of logic and logic lends itself well to a trained instinct. He makes a fleeting assessment of his surroundings before sliding a carving knife from it's display block and brandishing it in a protective stance before him in one fluid movement, his old fencing days behind him, but still clear in his mind, and his reflexes.
"Let's not do anything else foolish, Descole," he wrns, calm facade up once more.

*Descole is utterly furious, at Layton for not wanting him, but mainly at himself for expecting him to, but since this is Descole he channels this anger outwards. And his victim is Layton. He draws himself up to strike- and then Layton makes his move. He grabs a knife and brandishes it at Descole. Fessah.
Descole reels backwards, his face, his mind, going blank with shock, before an avalanche of emotions crash over him. Hurt. Disbelief. And extreme bitter disappointment
He staggers backwards until his back is pressed against the wall.
"No..." he growls, he's almost crying, not that you can tell with his mask.
The strength leaves his limbs and he slides down the wall, to sit in a clumsy heap.
"No..."
He puts his head in his hands and begins to shake.

((I give up....
Poor Descole!))

Layton stands there uneasily, still holding the knife, pretty much staring at the whole situation like "well this is the weirdest ducking day in my life, and that includes the day I first kissed my 9-year-old apprentice". When Descole starts to freak out, Layton becomes even more uncomfortable, because omg nooo feelingss, and he merely watches Descole break down in front of him with wary concern, wishing very much that Descole would leave. If he only knew... But he does not, and he merely attempts to split this alarming display of emotion with a soft, almost pitying "What do you want, Descole?"

At Layton's words Descole suddenly stops shaking, and becomes eerily still. An awkward, tense silence reigns.
In one smooth movement Descole rises, and with extraordinary speed born from sudden, intense rage, kicks the knife from Layton's hand. It strikes the opposite wall with a clatter.
Layton is pitying him. Firstly, anyone pitying him would cause him to explode with rage or amused contempt, and secondly, this is Fessah.
Wanting to bawl and run away, instead he channels his emotions into rage.
"How dare you question me!"
*Layton says/does something?*
Descole has Layton backed up against the wall. In frustration Descole goes to punch Layton in the face, but in the last moment moves his aim to hit the wall, narrowly avoiding Layton.
And then Descole completely loses control..

((Pretty much making this up by "Well this looks dramatic/fun to draw in the comic in my head!." Wanna make one of this!))

Descole is too fast and unpredictable for Layton to keep hold of the knife, and he watches its trajectory with dim alarm. Disarmed, he backs away from Descole - but he's too slow - Descole has age on his side.
Descole advances upon him until Layton is cornered against the wall, with no potential weapons within reach.
"There is no need for this, Descole!" Layton stresses, tone still level and calm but tense body belying an undercurrent of concern.
He tries to roll from out of his position, but Descole has him stuck - Layton instead tries to pull away from Descole's hostilities, raking his brain wildly for a solution - but sadly for Layton, that solution is taking a while to formulate. If Descole goes to hit him again he will try to roll one way or another, otherwise...

((Writing 'Descole has age on his side' automatically made me think of Clive taunting him about his incredibly old age :P ))
Descole has lost it completely. After punching the wall, he makes a pained noise, but the injury to his hand does not deter him, if anything it enrages him further. Grabbing Layton by the shirt, he pulls him forward before aggressively throwing him back against the wall.
He lifts his hand to strike him- but this is Descole, he can't keep one emotion for long. The reality of what he's doing hits him, and he's distressed once more.
He wills himself to strike, but can't bring himself to hit Fessah. Angry at himself, he stalks abruptly away, his movements jerky with anxiety.
With a defeated sigh, he sits dejectedly (for Descole, he still manages to look fabulous and up himself) on Layton's desk, facing the window. He ignores Layton, momentarily lost in his own little world.

((Haha, me too!))
Layton is forced backward, no match for sheer rage, and - still somewhat stunned by the entire situation - he slides abruptly to sit on the ground, quickly shielding himself from Descole's supposed blow with his hands and looking back up in momentary confusion when the strike never comes.
He watches Descole's shift in mood and actions critically, as if he partially already expected this outcome. Instead he lets out a soft, exasperated sigh and (drawing his knees up to his chest) leans back against the well, perfectly content to let erratic, strange little Descole sit on his desk for the time being (even though Descole even being there is messing everything up)

((writing the action in comments means everything happens really quickly! Descole's emotions change every comment :s))
For some time Descole fights an internal battle, I imagine he'd almost have split personalities, he's so changeable, it would be like Luke and Descole arguing.
But Descole characteristically has to be in control of the situation, so seeing Layton so comfortable with what's happening irritates him into action.
"Well then" He snaps, scowling at Layton. "Lets just get this over with."
"I'll make my demands, and then you will never have to worry about your little secret becoming known, again."

Layton perks up slightly ((well, as much as a guy with dot eyes and a line mouth can)) at the prospect of finally resolving this painfully terrifying situation, and he awkwardly moves to stand facing Descole, still a little wary (and generally shaken by this weird, weird day) and gaze hard.
"Well decided, Descole," he remarks, folding his arms and considering Descole with impassive concern. "Very well then," He momentarily casts his gaze to the floor in a flicker of discomforting embarrassment, before meeting where he presumes Descole's gaze is.
"State your demands, and they shall be met."

Layton continuing to not be intimidated by Descole, pisses him off even more.
He turns a death glare on Layton, which is largely hidden by his mask. "Very well" He snarls.
But as an idea forms in his mind, his expression slowly changes. He smirks coldly, and proclaims.
"My demand is......you."
His smirk widens, feeling the amusement and vindictive pleasure that comes at dropping a bombshell that will (hopefully) cause rather an impact on the victim.
"I have decided...why relinquish my power over you? I can think of nothing I could want more."

Layton just stares blankly at Descole's display of increasing anger, more concerned with resolving the issue than Descole's pointless display of emotion. He notes Descole's shift with mild concern, although Descole has been so changeable it is hardly surprising.
The next demand is, however. Not being very mature emotionally in this regard, he has not anticipated this development at all, and it fills him with intense unease, disappointed frustration mingling with the smallest dash of fear. Outwardly, his expression doesn't change much, but there is a definate change to his posture and demeanour, and there is a soft, sharp intake of breath.
"You- cannot mean..." Layton pushes aside his concern at the creepyness of that request to worry more about the pain of not resolving the Luke issue. "You cannot- you were to- finish this madness, not- I can't have anyone... find out..." He takes a step backward to consider Descole with disbelieving, rising alarm (although for Layton this isn't very obvious).

"Exactly. You can't have anyone find out, so you will have to do everything I say. Do you agree Professor?"
*Layton does whatever*

"Why are you upset Professor? You shouldn't be, I wouldn't do anything to hurt you, not if you do as I say."
((hmm, sorry about this, but I'll need Layton's reply! Sorry about the shitty comment! >_< ))

Descole steps forward, and for once Layton is filled with intense unease - understandably so, considering the last two times Descole moved toward him he either kissed him or tried to punch him. He considers Descole warily, full of alarm and concern. This should never have happened. Why weren't we more careful? Why wasn't I more careful? I should never have succumbed to him in the first place, I have sullied him and now this is our punishment, I deserve this, I deservethisIdeservethisI-
Descole gloats at him and Layton looks away, for once at a loss of what to do, his brilliant puzzling mind falling short of this unprecedented, uncomfortable situation. "I-" Once more Layton is reminded of the myriad of things that are entirely wrong with his relationship with his apprentice, least of all the legal impact upon a relationship between a 40-year-old and a 14-year-old boy who was also under his care for quite some time, and the end that would await not only himself, but the impact it would have on Luke. He barely hears Descole's querying under his concerned musings, merely frowns and looks back up at him once Descole is finished.
"Well, you give me no other choice," Layton looks away again, and replies with barely a murmur: "Very well then. What do you... intend to ask for?"
